“We are experiencing a significant increase in error rates, which is negatively impacting the functionality of Canva. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full access as quickly as possible.”

Canva’s problem is related to Amazon Web Services, the company linked to Amazon which deals with providing services Cloud Computing. In short, Amazon Web Services is primarily concerned with providing support services to other companies to manage their data flow. Most likely, when the problem will be solved AWS will also fix Canva.
