The new HONOR Robot Phone is close to debut, technical specifications confirmed

HONOR continues to innovate, with the aim of becoming, more and more, a point of reference in the smartphone market. The next new arrival for the company is represented by the Robot Phonethe “series” version of the prototype presented on the occasion of the Mobile World Congress 2026. On the occasion of the presentation, HONOR anticipated the arrival of the model by the end of the year. The launch, according to the latest information, could be very close.

The new Robot Phone is about to arrive

The HONOR smartphone is expected to debut over the next month August 2026at least as far as the Chinese market is concerned. In the future, however, there could also be room for a European launch.

HONOR described the Robot Phone project at ainterview released to Hardware Upgrade on the sidelines of the presentation event at the MWC which you can recover below.

The protagonist of the technical data sheet it will be there main camera, with 200 MP sensor and f/1.6 aperture as well as with a 4K gimbal stabilization system. The sensor in question will be joined by a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.

Among the technical specifications we also find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC in addition to a 6.3-6.4 inch AMOLED display diagonally and one battery from 6,000 mAh. The battery capacity is reduced compared to other top of the range HONOR models due to the presence of the gimbal system which forced HONOR to review the internal structure of the smartphone.
