Among the innovations arriving for the smartphone sector during the next month of September there will also be space for Xiaomi 18 Foldnew leaflet intended to enrich the Xiaomi range. The model was spotted online with some photos showing a variant of the smartphone. Samsung’s latest leaflet and the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro are among the sources of inspiration followed by Xiaomi.

The images in question confirm two important details about the project. Xiaomi intends to follow ithe trend of “wide” foldables, with the aim of exploiting the success of the Galaxy Z 8 Fold and the arrival on the market of iPhone Ultrawhich will likely be available with limited supplies.
Furthermore, following the rumors, the company is preparing to “copy” Apple focusing on a new red color, very similar to the new one Dark Cherry which should characterize the iPhone 18 Pro range (replacing orange).
We also remember that Xiaomi 18 Fold, as officially confirmed by the company, will be able to count on new Xring 03 chipthe SoC designed directly by Xiaomi and made with TSMC’s 3nm production process.
The debut of the new Fold, together with the entire Xiaomi 18 range (which will include three other models, 18, 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max) is scheduled for the month of September, at least as far as the Chinese market is concerned. The Fold will also arrive on the global market, as confirmed by the company itself. The European launch, however, is not confirmed. More details on this will arrive over the next few weeks.
