Starting from 12:30 on Saturday 15 February the Intesa Sanpaolo app stopped working on many users. According to reports, the problems concern access to the app and the management of services. It is not clear how many users are involved in the disservice.

Today, February 15, the bank app Intesa Sanpaolo It went to Down. On the portal starting from 12:30 they arrived on Downdetector.it hundreds of reports. As we write this article, the number of reports is settling. Usually with this volume of reports we are talking about a fairly widespread down with problems of access to the bank’s app and online services. Even if at the moment we are not in front of problems with such a clear impact on users.

At the moment the reports They come from all over Italy. Most come from the big cities but only because here is the greatest number of customers. Intesa Sanpaolo has not yet published an official position. It is not clear when the down is extended: we have done a test in the editorial office and at the moment the services seem to work without too many hitches. Such a mild down could be generated even by a simple update in the application code.
