Capgemini has opened further 200 positions in Italy, with selections distributed from north to south and a range of roles ranging from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity. The searches concern both recent graduates and already experienced professionals, for both technical and consultancy profiles.
The bulk of the applications focus on four areas. In scope AI and Data the company is looking for Agentic AI Engineers, LLM developers, Data Engineers and Databricks experts. On the software front, Java, .NET and Python profiles are needed, as well as testers. Cloud and infrastructure absorb Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers and database administrators, while cybersecurity opens up positions for IAM experts, penetration testers and security specialists.
There is no shortage of consultancy and business transformation roles (Business Consultant, Business Analyst) and engineering positions related to automotive and hardware, together with project management and support figures.

The offices involved cover a large part of the national territory: Milan, Rome, Turin, Bologna, Modena, Piacenza, Marcon and Padua, Genoa and La Spezia, Florence and Pisa, up to Naples, Salerno, Bari and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The presence of offers in the South reflects the company’s declared desire to intercept talent even outside the traditional technological hubs of the North.
Reported annual gross salaries range from 27,746 to 95,000 euros. Junior profiles are between 27,746 and 30,825 euros, senior figures in cybersecurity, databases and infrastructures between 36,000 and 57,000 euros. Lead cloud engineers and architects can reach 75,000 euros, transformation managers up to 95,000. The majority of hiring occurs with permanent contractwith a smaller share of temporary contracts and internships, and mostly hybrid working methods.

The hiring plan comes at a time of growth for the French group. In the first half of 2026 Capgemini recorded revenues of 12.082 billion eurosup 8.8% compared to the same period in 2025. Globally, the group now has approximately 417,600 employeesof which over 8,000 in Italy. These numbers are the result of the group’s strategy, with the expansion of the workforce that aims to closely follow the demand for services related to artificial intelligence, which according to the company is quickly redesigning the skills required by the IT market.
