Remodeling continues at Fastweb. The operator, in fact, has announced a new wave of price increasesre landline customers who will have to deal with an increase in the monthly fee starting next year September 1, 2026. It’s about the sixth wave of remodulations for landline customers in 2026.
Up to 4 euros more per month for the Internet connection at home
Fastweb users affected by the remodulation will have to deal with an increase of 3 euros or 4 euros per month, based on the active offer.
In essence, the new remodulation will result in an increase in spending which e.git can reach 48 euros per yearan amount higher than the value of a monthly fee.
The users involved will have to carefully read the communication sent by Fastweb in the latest bill (which can be downloaded from the customer area of the operator’s website) as the modification of the contractual conditions varies based on the active offer and any active discounts could be maintained.
The list of offers involved is as follows:
- Fastweb Casa Light: monthly increase of 4 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light: monthly increase between 3 euros and 4 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light Ver2: monthly increase of 4 euros;
- Fastweb NeXXt One Casa Light ZT: monthly increase of 4 euros;
- FastwebHome: monthly increase of 4 euros;
- FastwebCasa Inbound: monthly increase between 3 euros and 4 euros.
Of course, it is always possible exercise the right of withdrawal with termination of the lineby sending a registered letter with return receipt to Fastweb SpA – Casella Postale 126 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI) or a PEC to the address (email protected)attaching a copy of the identity document and specifying the reason for withdrawal “Modification of contractual conditions“. Alternatively, you can go to a Fastweb store, contact Fastweb Customer Service or select, via MyFastweb, the reason “Change to contractual conditions”.
As an alternative to terminating the line, you can opt for change operator directly by communicating in writing via return receipt or PEC to Fastweb that the transfer to another provider is linked to the “Modification of the contractual conditions”.
