Gemini will be able to help users solve Pixel 11 problems: the Device help tool is coming

Google is testing a new feature called Device help. This is a real tool that can be accessed via the Pixel 11 smartphone (and probably other models in the Pixel range). Device help should allow the user to use artificial intelligence to solve problems recorded by your own smartphones. Here are all the details that have emerged in recent hours.

How Device help works

The tool is still in one experimental phase and currently can answer questions about your device, adjust its settings, help you troubleshoot problems, and provide details about your Pixel’s features.

Already today it is possible to use a chatbot like Gemini to try to solve problems with your smartphone or, at least, try to identify the cause.

AI is able to solve connectivity problems, evaluate battery use to increase battery life, and monitor app performance and storage space.

Google, however, wants to take AI support to the next level can guarantee. With Device help, in fact, Gemini will be able to interface directly with the smartphone, to check the settings and operating status of the various components.

In this way, the use of AI to solve problems recorded by the smartphone it could become much more effective. We will see if and when the new tool developed by Google will be released in a stable version for users.

As mentioned, the new system should be exclusive to Pixel smartphones, starting with the new 11 series models.
