Since today morning the Intesa Sanpaolo app has been down. Customers can no longer access their accounts. This is just the latest in a series of downturns to hit the bank in the space of a few weeks.
Starting at 7.40am today, December 2nd, the app Intesa Sanpaolo bank results in down. It’s not possible log in to your account and therefore it is not even possible to own bank account or proceed with other operations. The downturn is intense and is affecting all regions of Italy. The reports on the Downdetector portal have already reached a very high peak, even compared to the other malfunctions that have affected the bank’s portal in recent weeks.
When customers try to access the bank they only find an error signal. The message reads: “generic_error”. The details explain. “Server responded with 500” and then the specific error code: “(LO0023)”. Reading the comments of many users it seems that the downturn in Intesa Sanpaolo today has created an even bigger problem than usual: in fact, many are unable to see the crediting of their pension.

Among the comments we read about episodes of panic linked to malfunctions, precisely on the occasion of thepension credit: “My mother called me last night crying thinking they had taken away his pension, then this morning crying again because INTENT sent a message saying he had exceeded the monthly limit.” According to other users, the bank has already sent the order a communication: The problem could be resolved in the morning.
