Netflix has increased the price of subscriptions for all its plans. The increases could also lead to an increased annual cost of 24 euros. Here we see in detail how each plan changes with the new indications from Netflix.
It’s official: Netflix subscriptions cost more. They had already been announced in the quarterly letter to investors, but today, October 18, the price increases on subscriptions to watch Netflix become effective and concern all subscribers, current and future ones. One of the most used paid streaming platforms in the world has decided to increase the cost of all plans provided for its users: Standard with advertising, Standard without advertising and Premium. What is the new price of Netflix subscriptions
Subscription prices will increase by a few euros per month based on the plan purchased. Specifically, the least significant price increase is that of the plan Standard without ads: will pass by a cost of 12.99 to 13.99 euros per monthwith a difference of 1 euro per month, therefore 12 euros more at the end of the year. With this plan the platform can be used by two devices.
Follows the plan Standard with advertising. This is the option that allows use on two devices, but with the insertion of advertising. A new feature introduced by Netflix in November 2022. Those who choose this plan will no longer pay 5.49but 6.99 euros per month. That is, a monthly difference of 1.50 eurosfor an annual increase of 18 euros.

Which Netflix plan costs more
Finally, the most significant price increases concern the Premium plan. The increase is in fact 2 euros per month, no longer 17.99 but 19.99 eurosfor a total increase in the 12 months of 24 euros. This option, compared to the previous ones, offers a better resolution (no longer Full HD, but Ultra HD) and a more powerful audio. Furthermore, with this plan Netflix can be used on 4 devices, and downloads will be allowed on 6.
For all three floors, you will also have to add the extra user costequal to 4.99 euros each: the two Standard options both include the addition of a maximum of one extra user, while in the Premium one the number rises to two. New users will buy the plan they have chosen with the price already increased (the ones we have just indicated) starting from October 18th, while users who already had Netflix will start paying more starting from October 19thas the new subscriptions start.
