What happened to the salaries and pensions that were supposed to arrive during Intesa Sanpaolo’s downturn

Intesa Sanpaolo has 20 days to notify customers whose data has been breached: the Guarantor says so

Yesterday, those waiting to receive their salary or pension on their Intesa Sanpaolo account may not have found anything in their account. As already mentioned, it was only a technical problem, nothing structural. Now all movements should be visible on the bank portal.

For a whole day i Intesa Sanpaolo services they were hit by one of the worst downturns in recent weeks. The bank’s app was inaccessible for many hours and even customers who managed to log in had difficulty complete the operations and above all to control the movements on the account. Not a small detail, given the date. On December 2nd there were many waiting therethe arrival of the salary or pension.

In the end everything should be resolved. Intense Sanpaolo he confirmed to Fanpage.it that the credits scheduled for yesterday have been accounted for. Even if yesterday it did not appear in the current account information, today it should be again everything visible. In the note published yesterday, Intesa Sanpaolo explained: “The problems relating to the functionality of the App have been completely resolved, therefore all methods of accessing the bank’s services have returned to full normality”.

All the downsides of Intesa Sanpaolo in the last month: the reconstruction

Apparently from the first reconstructions, not all customers were affected by the downturn. Or at least, not everyone was affected by Down at the same time. In fact it seems that there were several clusters of customers during the day affected in alternating phases by disruptions. This is the latest in a long series of downturns involving the bank, all with different impacts all lighter than yesterday’s.

What happens now with pension and salary credits with the downturn of Intesa Sanpaolo

At least four downs have been recorded in the last month: 31 October, 11 November, 18 November and 25 November. It seems that the outages are not linked to a single problem. The one thing customers have noticed is that the app is facing a series of changes, including in the graphics used by the bank. For now there are still no official communications from the bank on all of these downs.
