What happens now with pension and salary credits with the downturn of Intesa Sanpaolo

Since the morning of today, 2 December, Intesa Sanpaolo customers are having difficulty seeing salary and pension credits on their accounts. The main reason is a general downturn in home banking services. From what the bank says it seems that the credits are there, it’s just not possible to see them yet.

The downing of the Intesa Sanpaolo bank app also created problems for those who expected to receive today salary or pension. From 7.40am today, Monday 2 December, Intesa Sanpaolo customers had difficulty accessing the home banking app. Not only that. Even those who managed to log in had problems see the movements on their current account: especially those waiting for their salary or pension. Others however received the error message “maximum limit reached”. As can be seen on the Downdetector portalamong the comments there are many who complain about this disservice. The testimonies of those who cannot see their pension or salary are almost all the same: “Still no app and no pension” or “Does anyone have an accredited pension? Nothing here.”

In many then they make fun of the app. Intesa Sanpaolo has been experiencing problems of this type for some time now. Downs are frequent although perhaps it’s been a long time since users have seen such a clear one. “But really the Intesa Sanpaolo app doesn’t work today either?” and again “Today it doesn’t work, which is totally uncommon for Intesa”.

When pensions and salaries arrive late for Intesa Sanpaolo customers

Despite the crediting of pensions, or salaries, it may not appear no new entries in the section with the movements of your account, according to what Intesa Sanpaolo reports, there should not be any credit problems. The bank also wrote it in one communication that all users can read from the app: ”Dear customer, we inform you that, due to a temporary slowdown, the visibility of some movements (for example mortgages or pension credit) may not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.” In the evening Intesa Sanpaolo sources have confirmed to Fanpage.it that the credits of salaries and pensions they were carried out without problems.

Problems with Intesa Sanpaolo, what happened with apps and home banking

On the social networks dedicated to Intesa Sanpaolo communication there are no new updates. As well as in the bank’s press releases section. Or rather, the only press release dated today reports the birth of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni. However, some newspapers report, the bank has made it known that the problem has been identified and is being resolved. No alarms, at least for now. Once the down has passed it will be possible to see your account again with thecrediting of salaries and pensions.
